Hanging Upside Down And Right Side Up
Here is my model of human behavior: if you've heard about a thing a few times, and it somehow amorphously aligns with your hopes and desires, and then something crosses your information-feed (broadly construed) that suggests buying or doing that thing, you might well go "oh yes" and buy/do that thing, whether or not the content of the specific prompt is actually convincing, and (ahem) whether or not you have any respect at all for the person who suggested it.
On that note, I have recently spent a lot more time hanging upside down and right side up and enjoying it greatly. I won't try to convince you about this because I'd just be padding space: if you're the right person for this message, this message will prompt you to go do it anyway.
For the upside down bit I've been using this FeetUp Stool: it's $200 currently and I assume there are cheaper options. I have never been able to do a headstand and I can't currently imagine doing a handstand, but for whatever reason this makes it totally easy.
For the right side up bit, I roughly follow this guy's advice, building up to one minute hangs (which feels impossible at first, and then totally doable)!
So there you go.
